Kyle Eastmond is in line to make his England Saxons debut after the Bath Rugby back was named on the bench for tomorrow night's game against Ireland Wolfhounds (7.35pm).
Bath club-mate Tom Biggs is in the starting XV at Galway, while Leicester Tigers' George Ford - who is reportedly moving to The Rec this summer - plays at fly-half.
Saxons head Coach Jon Callard said: "This is a dynamic young side with an average age of less than 24 and the players have a chance to show that they can play a major part of the future of England Rugby over the coming years.
"The blend of forward power and pace in the back line makes it an exciting one to be involved with.
"We're facing an experienced Irish side in this opening game and the challenge is to step up and deliver a high quality performance in front of a passionate crowd in Galway."
Eastmond's selection continues his rapid rise since making a cross-code switch to Bath from St Helens in late 2011.
The 23-year-old has less than 20 first-team union appearances under his belt and was only selected for the Saxons for the first time this month.
A largely youthful squad have travelled to Dublin, meaning there is no place for long-term Saxon Nick Abendanon, while Nathan Catt has been withdrawn and is being assessed by the England medical team.
Callard added: "Rather than take the whole squad into camp we have cut it down to really focus on this young and dynamic group who've been in good form this season and have got lots to offer England in the future."
