The Sunrise Festival, which this year is moving to a top-secret new site on the outskirts of Bath between May 30 and June 2, has announced details of it music line-up.
The festival this year marks a shift in musical direction with the curating of the main stage being managed in an exciting way: each night sees a main host act, responsible for booking and managing 'their' own stage for the night.
A statement from organisers says: "After seven years, we have decided that its time for a change.
"We felt that the old Sunrise Celebration Festival had completed its cycle of life, ending fittingly in 2012, when one cycle of the world is meant to close, and another begin.
"Sunrise has always been about celebration – celebrating life and the gift that it is.
"We are planning to keep everything that you loved best about Sunrise – its vibe, its ethos, its principles, the boundless creativity, the inspiration and innovation – but create a new vessel for it to flourish within."
On Friday we see legends of breaks and beats, featuring Krafty Kuts, The Freestylers, Utah Saints (Decks and FX) and DJ@War.
On Saturday the host slot falls to festival favourites The Dub Pistols (pictured), who have selected, among others The Drop, Dance floor Outlaws, Daddy Nature and Drum Monkey.
While Sunday has a more ska funk bias with The Beat taking the reigns and introducing The Skints, Rankin Roger and an amazing battle of the bands.
