Bus passengers in the north east of Bath are being invited to the first of a series of forums in the city.
The Bath Bus Users' Group, (BBUG) wants residents in Larkhall, Fairfield Park, and Camden to outline their concerns about bus services.
The group's findings will be reported to B&NES Council and bus operators and used to help make decisions about improvements.
Lin Patterson, the newly elected secretary of BBUG who campaigned to protect the 6/7 bus service through the area, said: "The Bath Bus Users' Group needs to listen to passengers themselves so our collective voice can be heard clearly. By organising and working together in the community, we have a chance of influencing outcomes. Council statistics show bus ridership in this area is actually increasing, and we want to both preserve and improve our service."
The meeting is at St Mark's School, Baytree Road, on Monday April 15 from 7pm to 8.30pm.
