An Olympic swimmer is appealing for the public's help in finding a lost watch which was given to her as part of a sports sponsorship deal. Jaime King, who was a member of Team Bath and competed in three Olympic games, three Commonwealth games and numerous European and World Championships, was given the sentimental item as part of a sponsorship deal with Mallory jewellers. However, she lost it in the city this week, possibly in Nelson Place West, Larkhall, or Sydney Gardens, on Tuesday, and is hoping someone may have spotted it and picked it up. Ms King, who lives in Larkhall with her husband and 16-month-old son, said she had worn the watch every day since it was given to her almost 15 years ago. The 36-year-old said: "The sentimental value of this watch to me is just enormous because of the swimming. "It has been with me everywhere, to all the competitions, as soon as I was given it I wore it all the time." The watch is a silver Tag Heuer with a distinctive blue face and Ms King is offering a reward for its safe return. Anyone who has found it is asked to hand it in to Bath police station, in Manvers Street.
