Hunt for the ten chicks around the garden and answer the questions to claim your Cadbury's chocolate egg prize; £1.50 per trail, normal admission prices apply. On the Sunday and Monday there will also be free face painting.
The Tea Shed located down by the lakes will be open serving delicious cakes, snacks and warming hot drinks. New for this year is an Easter egg hunt on the Bath Skyline. The National Trust Rangers have been hard at work chain sawing and making wooden Easter eggs to suspend from the trees in Long Wood, located opposite Ralph Allen School. Hunt for all 12 eggs with an extra special giant egg to spot in the natural play area, which is also new for this year. The Easter eggs will be waiting to be spotted throughout the Easter school holidays.
Meanwhile, there's always a buzz about Bath during the Easter period so make sure you get out and enjoy the holiday atmosphere over the Easter weekend.
The great mix of shopping centres, independent markets and local businesses make the city centre a fantastic place to socialise with friends and family.
Why not pop to Kingsmead Square where you'll find a plethora of quality restaurants and takeaways providing a range of cuisine including burritos, Thai and Chinese food, a noodle bar, and an award winning fish and chip shop. Just off the square, Monmouth Street and Chapel Row have an abundance of shops and business that shouldn't be overlooked.
If you fancy indulging your arty side then stroll along to Bath's very own artisan quarter. Walcot Street and London Road boast a broad selection of independent shops and boutiques where you can find anything from a bargain piece of furniture or classy antique to a period costume.
Running through the heart of the city, Stall Street and Union Street provide the main shopping stretch in the city centre, perfect for an indulgent day of shopping with friends.
And having undergone extensive redevelopment Southgate is now another real asset to Bath; boasting more than 60 stores and eateries, and benefiting from wide streets with Georgian style architecture that blends in harmoniously with the rest of the city.
