FULL-TIME: Northampton Saints 25 Bath Rugby 23
Fijian flyer Semesa Rokoduguni's fantastic interception try was not quite enough to earn a seventh successive victory for Bath Rugby, who were edged out by Northampton Saints in the Aviva Premiership.
Trailing to a Jamie Elliott try and five Stephen Myler penalties, Bath were awarded a penalty try on the hour which Tom Heathcote converted to add to his three earlier penalties.
Rokoduguni then intercerpted a pass and raced the length of the pitch to score, with Heathcote's successful conversion giving the visitors a 23-20 lead.
However, Elliott touched down again with seven minutes remaining, with his unconverted try enough to end Bath's winning run.
