King Edward's Pre-Prep and Nursery children donned all manner of funky footwear on Friday to raise money for the RUH's Forever Friends Appeal.
The children, from nursery age to year two, brought in their teddies, and were treated to a surprise visit from Ted himself, who joined in with a dance in the playground.
Jayne Gilbert, headteacher at King Edward's Pre-Prep said: "The children didn't know Ted was coming, so imagine their excitement when he entered the playground.
"We were delighted to support the RUH in its fundraising. Every single child and teacher came in wearing their brightest shoes and socks."
