Underground parking solutions company Cardok UK has strengthened its senior team in Bath with the appointment of experienced property developer and green homes pioneer Nick Sandy.
Mr Sandy takes on the role of chief executive at Cardok UK, an arm of the Swiss firm behind the innovative Cardok hydraulic lift system which allows homeowners to make more effective use of limited parking space.
Mr Sandy, who set up Bath-based housing developer ST8, is an experienced property developer with a strong background in property planning and renovation.
