Head coach Mike Ford believes Bath Rugby can still get even better after they ended Saracens' unbeaten start to the season to climb back to the top of the Aviva Premiership table on Friday night.
Bath bounced back from last week's loss at champions Northampton Saints in brilliant style, romping to a memorable 21-11 victory at The Rec.
The hosts were exceptional in attack and could have had more than just the two tries they did get through centres Jonathan Joseph and Kyle Eastmond.
And they also put in a magnificent defensive effort to restrict Sarries to a solitary touchdown from Chris Wyles.
Ford said: "I'm very satisfied, it was a great performance.
"Defensively it was Saracens-like because we were off the ground, up and at them, knocking them back and giving them no time on the ball to be able to create anything.
"Even the try they scored I was disappointed because we were in good shape.
"We learned from Northampton. Last week I was over-protective and concentrated on not to lose rather than winning.
"We want to go out and play our way and when you've got a pack that can give you that sort of ball and backs like ours you'd be stupid not to play like that.
"We've still only scratched the surface as we missed quite a few opportunities. It's going to be really exciting where we're going with this team.
"We know we can get better from this performance."
Ford gave special praise to Semesa Rokoduguni, who put in another exceptional performance on the wing.
The Fijian-born ace, who is also England qualified, tormented Sarries with a series of destructive breaks to continue his flying start to the campaign.
"Semesa has been the stand-out winger all year. I think defenders beaten last year and so far this year he's second to none," added Ford.
"He's like granite and is learning the game as well. We saw a couple of good kicks when the time was right.
"He's hard to stop and so exciting. He's been phenomenal for us.
"Kyle Eastmond is doing well as well. His strength is his creativity and going to the line and putting the pass in. He's also got the ability to make breaks. And Jonathan Joseph has been just as good all year."
