A competition run by Wellsway Short Mat Bowling Club has raised £500 for charity.
Eighteen clubs from the south west took part in the competition, in aid of the Junior Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF).
JDRF funds research into type 1 diabetes and is working to find a cure for the condition, which is less common than type 2 diabetes.
The club is based at Wellsway Sports Centre, Keynsham, and has started and after school club for junior bowlers on Mondays.
The sessions, from 3.45pm to 4.45pm, are proving popular and the club has expanded its area at the centre.
