There was a right royal winner at Bath Racecourse on Wednesday as a horse owned by Queen Elizabeth II won the 3.50pm Dribuild Ltd Fillies' Handicap.
Micras, a three-year-old bay filly trained by AM Balding and ridden by Jimmy Fortune, came home first at 7/1 ahead of 11/2 shot Bright Cecily and 2/1 favourite Dubai Hadeia.
It was one of seven races in the Excalibur Charity Race Day event, raising money for the Bath RUH Forever Friends Appeal.
