There have been no major incidents on the roads in and around Bath to report on.
Some traffic is building up on the A4 London Road in both directions at the Margaret's Hill junction.
Traffic is also slow on the A4 Keynsham bypass at Hicks Gate Roundabout.
Train services in and out of London Paddington are expected to be delayed or cancelled, due to a person being hit by a train at Ealing Broadway.
