An international TV wellbeing expert has joined forces with physiotherapists from BMI Bath Clinic to encourage people to exercise more.
Jessie Pavelka, from Sky TV's Obese: A Year to Save My Life and Fat: The Fight of My Life, wants people to build simple exercises into their daily life.
He is working with physiotherapists from the clinic in Claverton Down on the Workout @ Work initiative.
This sees staff and employers working together to incorporate exercises into the office.
Mr Pavelka said: "It's simple really – I want employees and employers to move more in the workplace.
"There is a wall that's built up that leads us to believe we can't move at work, but that's not the case.
"We need to find those pockets of time where we can take care of ourselves.
"It's important for the employer to encourage movement and activity in their employees' day.
"It is going to help everyone and it will help the business's productivity; the employees take that ten minute break and they'll come back feeling fresh."
