It's A Knockout style event makes hairdressers a cut above the rest

Hairdressers from around the South West descended on Bath to take part in a charity It's A Knockout event in the city. Staff from around 20 Aveda salon and spas took part in the giant obstacle course at Bath Rugby's Lambridge training ground. One of the teams was from the Artizan salon in Bath, which has branches in George Street and Bartlett Street. Some of the events they competed in included tug of war, volleyball, spacehopper races, apple bobbing relay and rounders. The challenge had been organised to raise money for the charity WaterAid, which is an annual fundraising event in the Aveda calendar. Every April the company teams up with WaterAid to raise money and awareness for communities around the world without access to clean and safe water.
