Bath Rugby stars George Ford, Gavin Henson, Peter Stringer and Ollie Devoto passed on their expertise to the next generation when the Bath Rugby community team held a kicking masterclass at The Rec on Monday.
The lucky group of 30 excited 13 to 18-year-olds listened intently as new England EPS squad member Ford and Academy player Devoto instructed them on the fine art of goal kicking.
Wales back Henson gave a lesson on accuracy and kicking out of hand, while 98-cap Ireland international Stringer showcased the importance of box kicking.
Bath Rugby community coach Jack Howden said: "Tonight has been fantastic. The children had a great time and were really buzzing about the prospect of taking to The Rec with their heroes.
"Kicking is such a technical skill that requires a lot of practice and everyone here received invaluable advice from players at highest level of the game."
Following the hour-long session, the children and players gathered in the clubhouse for a Q&A session and to get autographs and pictures.
The evening was rounded off with food and a Bath Rugby goodie bag for everyone who attended.
