Stargazers hoping to watch the Northern Lights are set for a better view tonight.
The natural light display was not as strong as expected last night but was still visible as far south as the M4 corridor.
Scientists are predicting a much clearer view this evening.
The Aurora Borealis is normally only visible from the Arctic and Antarctic but the phenomenon could be seen from Britain after a mass ejection of particles from the sun a couple of days ago.
The display is created when atoms in the earth's atmosphere strike the electrically-charged sun's particles.
Did you see the Northern Lights in the Bath area last night? Will be out looking to the heavens tonight?
