Nine 4x4 vehicles had their tyres slashed during a vandalism spree in Bath this week.
All the cars, which included an Audi Q7, a Mercedes ML320 and several Land Rovers, were targeted some time between Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
They were all high-end 4x4s, two with private number plates, and were parked in Bathwick Hill, Sydney Buildings and Darlington Place.
They had their front tyres slashed but there was no attempt to break in to any of them.
There have been increased police patrols of the area and neighbourhood officers have carried out house-to-house inquiries, as well as offering crime prevention advice to residents.
