Developers are pushing ahead with plans to demolish a former petrol station.
An application has been submitted to Bath and North East Somerset Council to bulldoze the Radway Service Station on Wellsway along with a neighbouring property at Oolite Road.
This new application replaces one submitted earlier this year by property developer Jasper Becker, from Legend Strategy Enterprises, to demolish the filling station and build a block of student flats. The application was later withdrawn.
Mr Becker's agent Rob Lucas, from the David Brain Partnership, said his client was considering his options for the site but still needed to remove the service station infrastructure
He said: "In the meantime we are looking to move forward with the demolition."
