Older people in Peasedown St John are being invited to enjoy a free cream tea put on by the village's younger generation.
The event is being organised as part of a programme of summer activities at the Youth Hub.
The free cream teas are being served between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Wednesday, August 21, in the Bath Road hub.
The young people are also keen to talk to the pensioners about their experiences of growing up in the village, looking at how times have changed.
So anyone planning to attend is also encouraged to take photos or keepsakes along so they can create a display for the Youth Hub.
