Families looking for free entertainment this summer are invited to head down to Bath Central Library.
Creepy House Dance is a free 45-minute performance and workshop aimed at children aged between four and 11.
The youngsters will be helping to crack the mystery of what is haunting the creepy house through interactive tasks.
The workshop is being performed by Surrey-based dance company Second Hand Dance.
It is part of a tour around the South West, which has been funded by an Arts Council grant.
Phil Gibby, Arts Council's area director for the South West, said: "This is an action-packed programme of summer activities that will really animate the Summer Reading Challenge and should help to instil a love of reading in everyone taking part.
"Creepy House is the perfect way to keep children interested and shows again the value of libraries."
Creepy House Dance takes its inspiration from this year's Summer Reading Challenge, which is the UK's biggest annual reading promotion for four to 11-year-olds.
It encourages and rewards children for reading six books during their summer holidays.
Performances will take place at Bath Central Library on Tuesday, August 20, at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm.
