Bath will come under scrutiny again next week when judges from Britain in Bloom return to the city.
The judges from the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) will be in Bath on Tuesday morning to asses the city's entry in the national floral contest.
Earlier this month Bath was judged in the regional heat of the competition.
There are nearly 80 national finalists in different categories including Bristol, Newquay and Dartmouth.
Judge Roger Burnett, who will be visiting Bath, said: "We cannot wait to see what the South West has in store for us this year."
The results will be announced on October 12.
