Bath's smallest pub has been put up for sale.
The Coeur De Lion in Northumberland Place is on the market for £395,000 on a freehold basis.
The pub is currently run by Bath brewery Abbey Ales, which also owns three other pubs in the city – the Trinity, the Star and the Assembly.
The Coeur De Lion is described as an 18th century grade two listed three-storey Georgian property famous for its stained-glass window.
The pub has one main bar with seating across two floors. It also has a pavement licence for three tables outside.
The Coeur De Lion is being marketed by property agents James A Baker along with another traditional Bath pub, the Rising Sun at Grove Street.
The Rising Sun, which is also an 18th century grade two listed building, is up for sale for £500,000 also on a freehold basis.
The pub includes two bar areas, seven rooms for accommodation, a commercial kitchen and private accommodation.
