A comedy video clip posted on Twitter by Bath teenage TV star Maisie Williams has become an international hit.
Maisie, who plays Arya Stark in HBO's cult TV show, Game of Thrones, posted the Vine clip after this week's episode which left viewers reeling.
The harrowing twist in the tale saw her character's mother and brother slaughtered, which provoked a flood of reaction from fans on social media sites and chat rooms.
The 16-year-old, who recently moved to Bath from Clutton, added a note of levity to the aftermath of the Red Wedding episode by mocking it in the video in which she proclaims in an over-the-top southern accent: "They dead. Like so dead. Like OMG dead. My mother and brother are dead."
Since posting the video on Monday it has been retweeted more than 5,000 times and reposted on websites all over the world.
Maisie was just 12 years old when she landed the role of Arya Stark - her first acting job.
At the time no one had any idea just how popular the show would turn out to be.
She said:"I didn't really know who HBO were when I started. We were just filming a pilot at first. I never imagined that it would turn into something this huge."
But despite being catapulted into the limelight Maisie insists that she hasn't let stardom go to her head.
"I'm just a normal teenager," she said. "I still go home and eat beans on toast."
The fourth season of Game of Thrones begins filming later this year.
