A man who has twice squatted in a derelict industrial building in Bath in protest at what he calls council neglect has anchored his boat at Pulteney Weir.
Campaigner Charlie Dancey of the South Quay Community Arts Project moored his Dutch barge the Northern Sun at the weir at the weekend in the latest step in his protest at the lack of use of the Newark Works in Lower Bristol Road.To see the full story, click here
