At a loose end during the week ahead? Here's our at-a-glance guide to ten things to do in Bath during the coming week:

In just three years, pioneering British arthouse folk duo Blackheart (pictured), have achieved much and will showcase tracks from album number three, Songs From A Satellite, at The Chapel Arts Centre on Friday (31).

Following a successful production of HMS Pinafore last November, Bath Gilbert & Sullivan Society tackles Ruddigore. The society will present the operetta at The Wroughton Theatre, King Edwards School, Thursday (30), Friday and Saturday. Evening performances on Thursday and Friday start at 7.30pm and the Saturday performance will be at 2.30pm. Call 01225 400295 for tickets.

Growing up isn't easy, especially when you're in love with a bear! The Wrong Crowd theatre company bring The Girl with the Iron Claws at the Pound, Corsham, on Saturday at 2pm and 7pm.

Bloodlines (Identity and Belonging) is an exhibition of international artists that explores blood and its ability to define who we are. It forms part of the Bath Fringe Festival and runs until Sunday, June 9 at Walcot Chapel.

The Bow Tie Theatre Company debuts their first original production, The Empty Man, at Burdall's Yard during this year's Bath Fringe Festival. The play, written by Danny Rothschild, takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tickets cost £6.

Don't miss Miranda Kane presenting The Coin-Operated Girl, a sex-worker's real-life revelations of frivolous fornications at The Old Theatre Royal. Tickets for this show, featuring stories of hilarious, heart-warming and bizarre moments in a unique career, cost £8.

Carmina work with some of the finest musicians in the country to present a superb mix of jazz, folk and Celtic music. Catch them at Bath's Chapel Arts Centre on Thursday, June 6.

Founded in 2004 and named after Shakespeare's original troupe of travelling players, The Lord Chamberlain's Men present As You Like It at Prior Park Landscape Garden, Bath, on Sunday at 6.30pm.

Former Marillion frontman Fish is a truly revered artist. Don't miss Thursday night's (30) set at Bath's Komedia where he celebrates more than three decades of music-making.

Go see Shane Meadows' The Stone Roses: Made Of Stone at Bath's Little Theatre on Thursday (30) at 7.30pm. This film tells the story of a group of Britain's greatest musical heroes, with contributions from both the band members and fans.
