They really are the big cheeses in the Bath area.
A dairy farm at Kelston is celebrating the growing demand for its award-winning cheeses.
Park Farm has been making its signature Bath Soft Cheese for 20 years, beginning production in 1993. It was around this time that the farm became fully organic, under the ownership of Graham Padfield.
Graham is the third generation of his family in charge at Park Farm, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Edward Padfield, and father, Gordon. Graham's son, Hugh, works alongside his father in the family business.
Hugh returned to the family business just three years ago and since then trade has increased by 110 per cent with a growing demand for its cheeses coming from abroad.
He said: "The growth has been completely driven by demand from the farmers' markets and delis."
Changes at the farm have also allowed the business to flourish.
Hugh said: "My father loves cheese. He discovered the recipe for the Wyfe of Bath cheese, but it was always more of a hobby and the farm always came first.
"Sometimes customers who wanted the cheese became frustrated but since I've been back, the service we've provided wholesalers and buyers has been consistent."
Though the farm is well known for its Bath Soft Cheese, which scooped a gold award in the British Cheese Awards in 2010, it produces three other varieties on the same site: they are the semi-hard Wyfe of Bath, named after Chaucer's character in the 14th-century Canterbury Tales, the Kelston Park cheese and a Bath Blue cheese.
