The Bath business community is proving a national trail blazer hiring more women and young people in top jobs.
The city has come out in the top ten of UK towns for female director and young director appointments in a new national league table.
In a poll released by the website Duport.co.uk, Bath was placed at number ten for female director appointments and number six for director appointments under 25 years old, suggesting increasing diversity in entrepreneurs in the area.
Bath MP, Don Foster said: "Once again Bath is leading the way and proving that it's a great place to live and work. Its rich cultural heritage makes it dynamic and exciting environment for business and for attracting and keeping young talent in the area."
