A fundraising fashion show was held in Bath to support three charities.
Hosted by the chairman of Bath and North East Somerset Council Rob Appleyard, the Elegance in the Afternoon Charity Fashion Show raised money for the Forever Friends Appeal, The Carers Centre and Julian House.
Held in the Banqueting Room at the Guildhall, it included a champagne reception, afternoon tea, fashion show, raffle and auction.
Music during the reception was provided by students from Bath Spa University.
Mr Appleyard said: "I want to thank all the people who gave freely of their time and resources, from the volunteer models, the hairdressers, makeup artists and volunteer helpers who enabled us to put on a great fashion event with delicious champagne and a sumptuous afternoon tea.
"We are obviously delighted that everyone had a great afternoon and that we raised significant money for my three charities."
He said he was grateful to event organiser Loraine Morgan-Brinkhurst and all the businesses that supported the afternoon, staged after he had to cancel the annual chairman's charity ball.
Clothes for the fashion show were provided by Country Casuals, Long Tall Sally, Coast, Mimi Noor, East, John Anthony, Sisi & May, and Lux, with jewellery from Bath Aqua Glass and Italian handbags from Ezza Bag Lady.
Models had their hair done by Hairdressers North, SHQ Hairdressers and The Straight Hair Company, while Bath Academy of Media Makeup did the makeup.
The event was compered by BBC Points West presenter Imogen Sellers, and was sponsored by Curo, Crest Nicholson, the Bath Bus Company and Geometry PR.
