A man was left with a fractured cheekbone after a mass fight in Bath.
Detectives are investigating the incident, which involved a large group of people and happened in Bathwick Street, near the fire station.
A 27-year-old man was punched and kicked to the ground and needed hospital treatment for facial injuries.
The fight happened at around 2am on Wednesday morning, when the man, who had been at a city centre nightclub with friends, was walking home.
Anyone who was walking or driving through that part of the city around the time of the incident is asked to contact Bath CID on 101, quoting crime reference number 39209/13.
