King Edward's schoolgirls Ashleigh Stock and Thea Grattidge have been selected for the England under-19s netball squad.
Both girls were selected following two weekends of game play and fitness testing.
KES director of sport Louisa Gwilliam said: "It is fantastic that both KES pupils have been selected for the England netball squad.
"They have worked incredibly hard and thoroughly deserve this opportunity. They are both excellent role models to pupils at school combining their academic success with sporting achievement.
"We wish them every success in their forthcoming training and fixture programme."
