Old rivals Trowbridge 3rds were unable to halt the Colerne juggernaut, with with rampant visitors triumphing 26-5 to rack up a 19th straight win in Dorset & Wilts 3 North.
The opening exchanges were physical and Colerne exerted pressure across the park as they returned from a four-week sabbatical.
On numerous occasions, attacks were stifled by resolute defending and some late fumbles.
The deadlock was broken on the half-hour after some great hands led to a converted try.
Club captain Michael Gardiner-Catlow fed vice-skipper Ryan Willcox for the touchdown, with the conversion giving Colerne a 7-0 interval advantage.
From the restart, Colerne exerted sustained pressure on their hosts and notched their second try after 54 minutes.
After winning the ball against the head, Colerne unleashed the same combination of Gardiner-Catlow and Willcox, with the latter barraging his way over the line before converting.
Colerne took their foot off the pedal and allowed second-placed Trowbridge to besiege their line, culminating in the sin-binning of scrum-half Glyn Hodgkinson.
Colerne dug deep and kept their hosts at bay with some resolute defending before adding their third try following some powerful scrummaging on the Trowbridge five-metre line.
Hodgkinson switched with Ed Godfrey, allowing the young winger to ghost in under the posts.
Trowbridge then scored their only try of the game through their outstanding scrum-half.
The talismanic Willcox completed his hat-trick on the final whistle, intercepting out wide and trundling home.
Colerne will look to complete a perfect 20-game winning season when Bradford on Avon 2nds visit Higgins Field on Saturday.
