Team Bath Netball booked their place in Phase 2 of the Superleague last night - but not without being given a fright by Yorkshire Jets.
The visitors found themselves 14-12 down at the end of the first quarter and the two-point deficit remained at half-time, with Jets 29-27 up.
They stretched their lead to 33-28 during the opening stages of the third quarter but Team Bath then found their range and fought back strongly to go into the final period with a 41-38 advantage.
Both teams scored 13 points in the fourth quarter as Team Bath ground out a 54-51 victory, which ensured they would finish in the top four at the end of Phase 1.
The margin of victory was not enough to keep them top of the table, though, with Surrey Storm going above them with a 65-34 victory over Team Northumbria.
Team Bath wrap up Phase 1 with a visit to third-placed Hertfordshire Mavericks on Friday (8pm).
