On Wednesday there is an open evening at Prior Park Garden Centre, Bath from 6pm to 8pm with a demonstration by John Ticker. Tickets are £4 to include nibbles.
On Friday (15th) the city's Rotary clubs are organising a concert at the Forum featuring bands, choirs and musicians from local schools together with the Royal Marines Band.
The King of Wessex pub in James Street West, Bath will be celebrating St Patrick's Day on Sunday by serving a new beer, Irish Red for one day only.
On Saturday the Roman Baths will be open late for a special science and engineering extravaganza from 6pm to 9pm. As well as the children's trail there will be science and engineering buskers doing demonstrations and experiments.
If you didn't see the sensational adaptation of John Buchan's The 39 Steps when it was at the Theatre Royal a few years ago, don't miss it (pictured) this time. It runs next week from Monday to Saturday.
The Assembly Inn, Bath, is today (15th) launching a new Friday Night Live spot with A Guitar Showpiece. this week you can hear Craig Sutton Latin jazz guitar and James Watson classical jazz guitarist. It starts at 8pm and entry costs £3.
Next Stage Theatre Co are performing Brecht's The Caucasian Chalk Circle at the Mission Theatre, Bath from next Tuesday.
This weekend there is a giant antiques fair at the Bath and West Showground at Shepton Mallet.
On Tuesday there is the regular Bath Antiques market, Green Park Station in Bath.
On Saturday you can listen to local choir Paragon Singers sing glorious baroque masterpieces at 7.30pm at St Alphege Church, Oldfield Park, Bath.
