King Edward's under-14 boys showed what talented all-rounders they are by adding the Avon Hockey Championship title to the county cricket crown they won last summer.
The tournament took a round-robin format, with KES beating Colston's 1-0, Prior Park and Clifton 2-0, Kingswood 4-2 and Bristol Grammar School 2-1.
The team will go on to represent Avon at the regional finals, with head of boys' games Marc Hawker delighted with their progress.
"Congratulations to the whole team," he said. "This is an incredibly talented group of boys, with the same team previously going on to reach the last 16 in the country at cricket in 2012."
