Tennis: Bath academy duo pick up doubles title in Kenya

Team Bath MCTA Academy players Seb Butler and Dan Little won the boys' doubles at the Nairobi International Junior Championships in Kenya.
They held their nerve to beat Brit Jay Clarke and partner Mwendwa Mbithi from the USA 7-6 7-6 in the final of the ITF World Junior Tour event.
The win was particularly pleasing as it was the first time the boys had been paired together and the first time that they had travelled outside Europe.
Academy coach Jamie Feaver said: "Seb had great presence on court and Dan was extremely composed."
On the way to final they defeated the second seeds 6-1 6-1 as well as edging out Will Bissett and Swedish partner Janglin 6-3 6-7 10-7.
Fellow Team Bath MCTA Academy players Freddie McGeehan and Bissett also gained great experience on the trip.
"All of the boys have impressed me with their effort and focus all week," added Feaver. "This is a tough environment for them to perform in."
In the singles, McGeehan beat a Chinese opponent 7-5 7-5 in qualifying but narrowly missed out on a place in the main draw after losing a third-set tie-break.
Butler and Little both lost in three sets after reaching the main draw, while Bissett also qualified for the main tournament before losing 7-6 6-2.
The team will stay in Nairobi for next week's 5th Kenya International Championships before returning to Bath to prepare for a busy Easter tournament programme in Malta and Nottingham.
Meanwhile, Millie Bissett won the Orange Ball National Grade 2 event in Nottingham and Chris Morrow triumphed at the U18 Boys' Winter National Tour at the National Tennis Centre.
