Around 500 volunteers are needed for a National games event taking place in Bath this summer.
Special Olympics GB's 2013 National Summer Games in being held at the University of Bath from Wednesday August 28 to Sunday September 1.
The Games are open to anyone with an intellectual disability, and the event in Bath will be the ninth.
Volunteers are needed to help with the 12 events, which are athletics, artistic gymnastics, football, boccia, badminton, short-mat bowls, golf, rhythmic gymnastics, table tennis, ten pin bowling, tennis and swimming.
Special Olympics Great Britain the largest organisation providing year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Held every four years, the Games attract more than 1,700 athletes, and 500 coaches.
They provide athletes with the opportunity to socialise with others, and take part in fun sporting events.
The search for volunteers was launched at the Guildhall today.
