The cream of Britain's Olympic athletes competed against each other in Bath as filming took place for a TV show.
Sixteen Team GB athletes were put to the test in unfamiliar sports for a one-off Christmas revival of the TV show Superstars.
A male team and a female team were challenged in events including athletics, archery, javelin, cycling, kayaking, and gymnastics.
The men's team was made up of runner Mo Farah, triathlon heroes Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee, swimmer Michael Jamieson, high jumper Robbie Grabarz, boxer Anthony Joshua, rower Andrew Triggs Hodge, and shooting gold medallist Peter Wilson.
Competing for the girls were rower Katherine Grainger, boxer Nicola Adams, runner Christine Ohuruogu, rower Helen Glover, judo star Gemma Gibbons, cyclist Lizzie Armitstead, dressage gold medallist Laura Bechtolsheimer, and taekwondo star Jade Jones.
Most of the action took place at the University of Bath, was attended by members of the public who applied for free tickets.
Despite pouring rain, spectators cheered as the athletes competed in the 100m and 800m runs, and archery challenges.
Diane Williams, from Larkhall, watched the 800m event.
She said: "I was so excited to get tickets, as I wanted to see the Olympians for myself.
"They have become celebrities after the Olympics, and in particular I wanted to see the Brownlee brothers."
Frank Staple, from Weston, was in the audience for the archery event.
He said: "It was a chance in a lifetime to see athletes such as Mo Farah compete in archery, and I really enjoyed it.
"It will be hard keeping the winner a secret, and I am looking forward to seeing the full show when it is on television."
The university swimming pool saw a lot of action, as competitors took place in kayaking and swimming events.
Despite not being able to swim, Farah was still involved in the kayaking challenge.
Athletes took to their bikes for the cycle hill climb event, travelling up Claverton Hill and The Avenue to the campus.
There was also be a grand finale with gym test and prizegiving at the Assembly Rooms this afternoon.
This saw one female and one male crowed the winners, though the results remain a tight secret until the show is aired on BBC1 during the Christmas break - likely to be Boxing Day.
The show will be presented by Gabby Logan and Denise Lewis, who were seen given the athletes some support in between events.
Swimmer Rebecca Adlington was acting as mentor to the stars in the pool.
For some of the Olympians the show was extra special as they had trained at the university, and so knew people in the audience.
Swimming silver medallist Michael Jamieson is a current university student, and many friends had turned out to support him.
Gold medal rower Helen Glover learnt to row in Bath as part of the university-based GB rowing team's Start Programme, while judo silver medallist Gemma Gibbons trained in the university dojo for a number of years.
The show will also see Logan visiting the Christmas Market.
