Every year, the intern director at the Rondo Theatre in Bath gets to produce a play with a theatre company of their choosing as part of the Rondo's autumn season.
This year, Jazz Hazelwood, artistic director of Second Face Theatre Company and the Rondo's 2014/2015 intern director, is producing a show with a difference.
It's undeniable that when theatres are empty they radiate a spine tingling atmosphere; but what if those rumours, the things that go bump in the night, that raise the hairs on the back of your neck, were true?
This year, rather than putting on a performance, Second Face Theatre Company are going on a ghost hunt.
Rumours have circulated for years that the Rondo Theatre is haunted.
Staff, volunteers and audience members alike have reported unexplained noises, disembodied voices and ghostly apparitions.
Second Face Theatre Company are fast creating a reputation for producing innovative, exciting new theatre. But this is no regular production.
Now they have put together a team of intrepid ghost hunters to find out if the rumours are true, and what better time is there than Hallowe'en to investigate? Are you brave enough to join the hunt?
The investigation will take place over a week with a special investigation at midnight on Friday, October 31.
This event is definitely not for the faint hearted, but if you're brave enough, maybe you can help get to the bottom of what haunts the Rondo Theatre.
