Pamela Cookey says she will feel right at home when she captains England's netballers against world champions Australia at the University of Bath Sports Training Village today.
Cookey has returned to Team Bath - the club she helped to four Superleague titles between 2006 and 2010 - following a season with Surrey Storm.
But before she can worry about the domestic campaign, the 28-year-old's focus will be on England's three-match series against Australia, which gets under way in front of a sell-out crowd at her home court today (5.30pm).
"Bath has really embraced netball and it's great to be here," said Cookey. "The STV is an amazing venue and the girls are really warming to it and training hard.
"I'm privileged to be England captain. I'm going to play the best I can and lead from the front."
There will be plenty of familiar faces on display in today's game - which will be televised live on Sky Sports 4 - as Cookey is just one of a host of past and present Team Bath players taking part.
Current team-mates Kadeen Corbin, Stacey Francis and Serena Guthrie are also in the squad, along with former Team Bath stars Sara Bayman, Sasha Corbin, Rachel Dunn, Eboni Beckford-Chambers and Lindsay Keable.
England head coach Anna Mayes also played for Team Bath in the past and said: "Training is going really well. We're number three in the world and Australia are number one, so there's a huge rivalry between us.
"Tickets sold out for this game within the first few days and that's a real indicator of the support for netball in the South West."
The three-match series will continue at Wembley Arena on Wednesday and the NIA in Birmingham on Saturday.
Today's game in a sell-out but tickets are still available for Team Bath's phase one Superleague games at home to Celtic Dragons on Thursday, February 7, Loughborough Lightning on Friday, March 1 and Team Northumbria on Friday, March 8.
