Midwives and hospital workers at Bath's RUH hospital will go on strike on Monday.
The Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust says it has put plans in place to ensure patients experience no disruptions.
A small number of antenatal clinics have been rearranged, but all women booked into the service have been informed. All outpatient appointments will run as normal and people should attend their appointments as planned.
Director of human resources, Claire Buchanan, said: "We respect the right of our staff to strike but, at the same time, patients count on our ability to deliver services. We have worked to ensure that all patient appointments run as normal and no major disruptions are expected."
Services will run as normal across the hospital, including the emergency department, maternity and the neonatal unit.
