Clik here to view. new signing 'Slammin' Sam Burgess is renowned as being tough - and he demonstrated it in his final game of Rugby League in Australia by carrying on playing after fracturing his cheekbone.
The Yorkshireman, who plays with three of his brothers for South Sydney Rabbitohs, owned by Hollywood star Russell Crowe, suffered the injury in the opening minutes of the 30-6 Grand Final win against the Canterbury Bulldogs.
It is unclear at this stage if it will affect when the lock makes his debut for Bath. It is thought he will play centre or in the back row when he joins Bath.
The injury happened in the first minute of the clash at Sydney's Olympic stadium when he collided with England teammate James Graham.

Interviewed as he left the pitch at half-time by Aussie legend Brad Fittler, Burgess apparently dropped an 'F-bomb' on live television.
"Just got Sam Burgess, how's the cheekbone mate?" Fittler was reported to have said.
"It's f---ed, it's gone," Burgess said.
