Chelsea are to sign Brazil star Dani Alves from Barcelona in January, according to reports.
Earlier this week Alves confirmed that this season would be his last at the Nou Camp and that he is keen to move to England next summer.
Manchester United and Liverpool had both been linked with a move for the full-back but the Metro claims Chelsea are to win the race for his signature.
And the deal could be done as early as the next transfer window as Blues boss Jose Mourinho has told the club's board he wants Alves signed quickly.
