Baskervilles held three free gymnastics sessions as part of Sport Wellsway's Open Day.
The event, staged on Saturday, launched the Bath club's new satellite centre Baskervilles @ Wellsway School and involved 130 prospective gymnasts.
Children tried out gymnastics for the first time, including Baskervilles' alternative freestyle gymnastics (FreeG) session.
FreeG fuses traditional gymnastics, free running and parkour, with kicks and flips made famous through martial arts and brought to worldwide attention by festival performers and stunt actors.
More than 15 members of staff attended on the day, to coach gymnasts using a variety of kit including the vault, bouncers and beams, and teach them new skills from handstands and forward rolls to somersaults.
Several parents signed their children up for classes at Baskervilles @ Wellsway School, which will run on Thursdays and Saturdays from the beginning of November, with some classes already fully booked.
