Bath Rugby have had to postpone Monday night's scheduled Aviva A League game away at Exeter Braves after being unable to field a side for the trip to Sandy Park.
Bath United were crowned A League champions last December and kicked off the defence of their title with victory at home to Harlequins A last week.
Officials from Bath and Exeter are currently in negotiations over rearranging the fixture for a new date.
A Bath statement said: "Bath Rugby can confirm that tonight's Aviva A League game against Exeter Braves at Sandy Park has unfortunately had to be postponed, as we are unable to field a side.
"We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and are currently in the process of trying to rearrange the fixture with Exeter. We will announce the new date as soon as it is confirmed."
Bath United are next in action on Monday, September 29 when they host Saracens Storm at The Rec.
