University of Bath scientists are looking for men aged 40-60 with type two diabetes to take part in a new study.
They hope to find out more about the health benefits of short bursts of exercise.
The study will determine the impact of a routine known as HIT, which consists of three ten-minute exercise sessions per week.
Interested participants will complete two eight-week exercise periods with health and fitness tests both before and after.
