"The saga is over," says Spanish newspaper Deportes who report that Tottenham Hotspur have triggered the 10million euro release clause for Sevilla defender Fede Fazio.
The bid was lodged at 4.02pm on Tuesday and Fazio - who helped Sevilla win the UEFA Europa League last season - will now travel to London to undergo a medical.
He will Mauricio Pochettino's fifth signing since taking over as Spurs boss and will make his debut against Liverpool on Sunday.
