Petr Cech, a winner of three Barclays Premier League titles and the Champions League with Chelsea, has been told by Jose Mourinho that he can leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
That is according to Goal.com, who also report that Chelsea are set to complete the signing of Croatia youth international Ivan Brkic from NK Istra 1961.
The 19-year-old would be sent out on loan to gain first-team experience but Mourinho has already indicated that he sees Belgium World Cup keeper Thibaut Courtois and Mark Schwarzer as his goalkeeping options this season.
Paris Saint Germain, AS Monaco and Real Madrid are all said to be monitoring Cech's availability.
