It might not cost Manchester United or Liverpool as much to prise Germany international Marco Reus away from Borussia Dortmund as first thought.
Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, whose club are also interested in the brilliant young midfielder, claimed in German newspaper Bild on Wednesday that Reus only has a 25million euro buyout clause in his contract, as opposed to the 35million previously thought.
The paper also claims that talks between Reus and Dortmund about extending his current contract - which expires in 2017 - have broken down.
