After weeks of high temperatures and scorching sunshine Thursday will mark a change in the weather with heavy rain and thunderstorms on their way.
Thursday will be cloudier with showers and will feel cooler with temperatures reaching a high of 21°C, with high teens most likely.
The week will come to an end with a bang with thunderstorms forecast this weekend.
Heavy rain, lighting and thunder is expected across the South West.
Temperatures will be lower than of late, with highs of 17C, and there will be welcome relief for hayfever sufferers with a lower pollen count.
