Bath Rugby stars past and present will don their whites for charity when they take on the city's top cricket club in their annual T20 showdown on Wednesday, July 2.
The clash with Bath CC at North Parade will raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Trust and will see the hosts looking to square the series after cutting the deficit on the rugby legends to 2-1 with victory 12 months ago.
Previous fixtures have seen the likes of Matt Banahan, David Trick, Ross Batty and Matt Perry in action and familiar faces from the oval-ball game are set to be on show again this year.
The contest will once again feature a pink cricket ball and there will be a silent auction running throughout, with bucket rattling and barbecue.
Money Wise are sponsoring the game, along with Barclays Bank, while Bristol company Ayrtek will supply two of their award winning helmets – specially made up in the Macmillan green – which will be auctioned during the event.
Dave Nelson from Bath CC said: "We'd like to thank all of our sponsors for helping this year. It's a great cause and we're very lucky to have all of them on board."
Gates open at 5pm, with the first ball bowled at 6pm. Suggested donations on entry are £3 per adult and £1 for under-16s.
